Welcome to Jaemia ("Jaemia", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jaemia website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country, to create an account and use the Service.
If you are under the required age, you may only use the Service with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, where permitted by applicable law.

You may create an account using:

- Email and password
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. AI-Generated Content
Jaemia uses artificial intelligence to generate printable coloring pages from photos uploaded by users.
Because AI-generated results are automatically created, we cannot guarantee that every generated image will meet your expectations or be error-free.
4. Uploaded Photos
You retain ownership of the photos you upload.
By uploading photos, you grant Jaemia permission to process them solely for the purpose of generating coloring pages and providing the Service.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload the photos.
You must not upload content that:
- Violates any law
- Infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights
- Contains illegal, abusive, or harmful material
5. Storage and Retention
To provide the Service:
- Original uploaded photos are retained for up to 7 days and are then automatically deleted.
- AI-generated coloring pages and downloadable files are retained for up to 30 days and are then automatically deleted.
Retention periods may be extended only when required by applicable law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.
- Upload malicious software or harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Use automated systems to abuse the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Jaemia website, branding, software, and related materials are owned by Jaemia or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
8. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
We may also introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future.
9. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jaemia makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jaemia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When significant changes are made, we will update the Effective Date and, where appropriate, notify users through the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
